In crafting extra virgin olive oil, we meticulously choose only the finest olives, ensuring they are in optimal condition to avoid any flaws. This careful selection process allows us to produce the highest quality, cold-pressed, early-harvested extra virgin olive oil.
Olive Oil-Type Riviera
Riviera Olive Oil is a blend made from 90% refined olive oil, which we meticulously refine at our facility in İzmir, Turkey, combined with 10% extra virgin olive oil. The ratio can be adjusted to meet specific preferences. This oil is ideal for cooking, offering a healthier alternative to other commonly used edible oils.
Olive Pomace Oil
Olive Pomace Oil is a refined pomace oil enhanced with extra virgin olive oil. The production process involves four key steps:
1. We source the pomace from the most pristine olive crushing mills in Turkey.
2. The pomace oil is then extracted at top-tier facilities within the country.
3. We refine this oil in our Pomace Refinery located in Izmir, Turkey.
4. Finally, we enrich it with extra virgin olive oil.
Olive Pomace Oil is ideal for frying as it has a high resistance to burning. It is also well-suited for general cooking, retaining many of the beneficial properties and nutritional advantages of olive oil.
