Marbil Oil Industry-Bilginoglu was founded in Izmir, Turkey, in 1936 by Mr. Ismail Bilginogullari as an olive oil mill. Upon returning to Turkey from Crete
Mr. Bilginogullari, recognizing the significance of olive oil, sought to promote its use and coined our enduring slogan, “Taste for your table, health for your home.”
Since then, the company has grown and expanded its operations, adding both refining and packaging facilities to its olive oil production. Bilginoğulları family has continuously managed the company, with their expertise and knowledge of the olive oil industry passed down through generations.
Currently, the 3rd and 4th generations of the family are at the helm. Today, Marbil stands as one of Turkey’s leading producers and exporters of various types of olive oil. Marbil Oil Industry is continuing their operations at their new facilities located in Torbalı, İzmir.
